Verify a certificate, letter or credit

Every certificate and letter issued through the registry carries a QR code and verification code. Mitigation outcomes carry national serial numbers (LAO-[project]-[vintage]-[serial]).

  • • Verification code — printed under the QR code of letters and certificates
  • • Letter reference — e.g. DNA-MAE/CCPRC/2026/0001
  • • National MO serial — single serial or a range
  • • Crediting programme serial — first or last serial of an issuance
